I honestly couldn't thank Emma enough for looking after our three fur babies. She went above & beyond ensuring our dogs were happy & felt safe while we were on holidays. In particular our rescue German Shepherd (Maggie) who comes with a few issues to say the least. Emma's wealth of knowledge and kind nature ensured that I knew I was leaving Maggie in good hands. It was clear that all dogs were well cared for, as returning home I found them all content, chewing on toys/bones and sad to see Emma leave the property. I feel lucky to have access to this amazing service in Hamilton and would highly recommend Emma to anyone needing pet sitting.

Words cannot explain how amazing doggy daycare is with Emma. Our kelpie pup went from the week we got him and he is the most socialised, loving, calm and friendly pup I’ve ever had! There isn’t a dog he can’t make friends with since doggy daycare. Emma’s sessions are so incredible and teach dogs of all ages how to interact, share and have fun! The facilities are outstanding, so many options for each dog however big or small to play and explore. Emma’s endless love, care and knowledge of animals makes doggy daycare a doggy heaven. Finding anyone who was willing to take on an insane, over excited, fuzzball, cocker spaniel was going to be tough - but Emma & Benjen are the Unicorns of pet care! I cannot speak highly enough of the care, consideration and generosity they offer, and I'm often quite jealous that I can't join their day care escapes. Once upon a time I thought doggy day care was a luxury... now I know it's a necessity having seen a significant improvement in Ziggy's socialisation skills and manners as a result of her regular interactions.

We have loved our experience with Emma since our first meeting. Initially we sent our girl to daycare so she could have some socialisation and once getting a second we didn't hesitate to send both ! Emma has always been great with our dogs and they absolutely adore her, they have come leaps and bounds in their socialisation and confidence amongst a pack and are tired for days after coming home! We couldn't recommend Emma higher! Our dogs are so lucky to have this service !

As pet owners we are clients of both Emma's petsit and doggy daycare service. We are able to have holidays knowing our pets are being perfectly cared for, with all their needs met. We always receive updates via messages and photos which is priceless. Emma's love and dedication to our boys is of paramount importance to us, and shines through with the obvious excitement shown by our puppies on her arrival.
Doggy daycare is another service that has been excellent for our needs to socialise our puppies in a fun and safe environment. The pick up and drop off service is outstanding, and the pups just love their visits. We would be lost without Emma and this amazing service.

From the moment I saw the amazing facilities at our meet and greet with Emma I knew Hamilton Doggy Daycare was something special. Our 2 pups Oakley and Eddie have developed confidence & social skills so we can take them anywhere without a worry!
So dogs can't tell time? Not true - our 2 just somehow 'know' that it's daycare day and will wait patiently at the gate ready for pick up in the specialised gold doggy bus!

We had our puppy at Emma's daycare from the very start. She absolutely loves going there and is the most excited dog when she sees the doggy van arrive for picking her up. This service is the best and we don't know what we would do without it. Doggy daycare is the highlight of Billy's week. We always know he'll come home tired and happy after daycare which takes some pressure off of us to make sure he's had enough enrichment for the day. Hamilton Doggy Daycare definitely saved Billy's faith in other dogs too (since being attacked while on a walk) due to all the great experiences and exposure with other pups he had at daycare before and after it happened.

Hamilton Doggy Daycare is fantastic! My dog Coco just loves going! Emma provides a fantastic service where she picks up and returns Coco after her session! This is very convenient as I work full time! At first I was very nervous about Coco attending but after having an on-site orientation with Emma and her wonderful dog Benjen I felt right at ease. Upon entering doggy daycare for the first time I thought WOW! What lucky children live here! Emma informed us, this was in fact for the dogs! A whole acre of goodness for dogs to play! Emma is so accommodating! She added Coco in for extra sessions whilst I was away recently for work. I felt very at ease knowing that Coco would be returned home and secured in her yard. Coco is always extremely tired after her doggy daycare sessions so I know she's had a great time! Emma treats our Coco just like her own! We love supporting this local business!

Our Golden Retriever attends doggy daycare once a week with Emma, he loves it so much. As soon as Emma pulls up to pick him up his tail wags and the grin on his face is massive. Emma ensures that the dogs are socialising with dogs similar in nature. Emma has a meet and greet session and selects the right group. Emma is a lovely person who has a caring nature towards animals. Highly recommend Emma and her doggy day care.

Emma is amazing and does a even better job with my baby boy Oakley, he always comes home with a smile on his face and is always looking forward to Tuesdays with her!! Our service with Em has been PHENOMENAL! From the very first time we met at our Meet & Greet, I knew our 'baby' would be in very safe hands. The service Em & her Mum provide is beyond what I ever could of imagined. Our pup now sits and waits and looks out the window if I say Em's name and as soon as she arrives, he's straight to the door to go jump in the doggy bus. I love tht he can go and enjoy the socialisation with other dogs and that I don't have to worry at all because I know he's in the safest hands other than out own. Thank you Em, we love you!

Emma in one word is incredible. We didn’t want to put our dog into a kennel while we were away, it just didn’t feel right for her or us. So we gave Emma a call after someone recommended her. We left it to the last minute but Emma was able to accommodate us. Her love for dogs and all animals you can clearly see the first time you meet Emma, we knew instantly that we were in goods hands. Not only did she looked after our beloved dog but she watered my garden, collected the mail and took out the bins. I can not speak more highly of the service, just incredible. Emma is everything you could wish for when trusting someone with your pets. She’s timely, professional and nothing is too much to ask. Above all else though, she really loves animals. Emma even arranged boarding (with her Mum!!) for a lamb who was a bit higher care. Emma goes above and beyond and I wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending her to anyone. She’s also very reasonably priced for the service she provides.

Emma recently looked after my little girl (Ruby) who is usually very shy and takes her time to get to know people, but with Emma, who has a special way with animals, after couple days she was running out in the mornings tail wagging to greet Emma! She treated Ruby as she would her own. One very special thing for me, was to receive photos and messages from Emma to let me know how Ruby was doing, always with honesty!!!
